Terms Of Service

By Commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them thoroughly before commissioning me.

 

I have the right to deny any commission request.

I will not start until I have accepted your commission request form, confirmed/sent you an invoice, AND received payment in full via PayPal. Please do not send payment unless I have accepted your request. If payment is not received within 48 hours of my acceptance email, your request will be void. I do not accept holds.

Delivery of finished commission may vary between 1-6 weeks (or more) depending on the volume of current commissions I’m working on, so keep that in mind.

 Regarding refunds, I will not refund you if I have already started on your commission and showed you the sketch. If it has been 6+ weeks and I have not shown you a sketch yet, and you wish to have a refund, I will send you back your payment over paypal.

 

🔥WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW!🔥

Yes:

Furries, Humans, Pokemon, Fictional Characters, OCxCanon or self-ships, NSFW, Most Kinks/Fetishes (see next list for what I won’t draw)

No:

-OCs taken without permission from the owner

-Anything hateful towards a group of people or towards an individual (racism, homophobia, transphobia, art that makes fun of/demonizes an individual person, ect.)

-incest, underage, noncon/rape, scat, hyper body parts

If there is something not listed here and you're unsure whether I would draw it just ask about it on the commission form or shoot me an email!!

At the end of the day though, remember that I have the right to deny any request for any reason.

 

NOTE!:

If you commission NSFW art it will be showcased on my NSFW art twitter (@trashdalmatian) NOT on @girlpillz

 

As the artist, I have the right to:

Post finished commissions, WIPs, and .PSD files to any of my sites and social media, as well as use them for promotional purposes, such as selling prints.

Turn down or cancel/refund any commission, for any reason. Any harassment over my decision will result in being blacklisted and blocked.

Use any sketches and poses that were rejected in the sketching phases of the commission, or from any commissions that were refunded.

Update my prices or TOS at any time

 

As the client, you have the right to:

Post the JPG version of your commission to social media sites

Crop and resize the commission for purpose of icons/headers/banners etc

Finish incomplete sketches, either by yourself or commissioning another artist to finish (PSD files will be provided.)

Make minor edits to the commissioned piece that do not affect the overall image

Have the commission printed for personal and non-profit use

 

Also:

I offer commissions for personal and private use only. Commissioners do not have the right to sell any piece of art in any way, shape, or form, including on merchandise. This also applies to anything involving crypto currency, NFTs, and the blockchain.
